Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Ronel Lamour Jr. developed an early interest in repairing mechanical equipment alongside his father. After technical training in air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, he began his career as an HVAC helper and worked his way up to Senior HVAC Service Technician.

Over approximately 16 years, he has built expertise in diagnosing cooling failures, electrical faults, airflow restrictions, refrigerant issues, heat pumps and preventive maintenance. South Florida’s heat and humidity have shaped his practical approach: find the root cause, explain the options and recommend only what the system actually needs.

Ronel also mentors newer technicians and hopes to build his own locally respected HVAC company, known for skilled work, transparency and long-term customer relationships.
